[0] Welcome! My name is

Marco Bernacer.

Python developer & web design enthusiast.

[1] About Me.

Hi there! I'm Marco. Growing up, I've always been fascinated with computers and tech in general. It's a wonder why I didn't take up a computer-related course in uni, but like the saying goes, it's is never too late.

A year ago, I started picking up coding again. I already had some experience doing this as a hobby. Mostly basic web development as expected of a millenial who grew up with Friendster and its ever customizable profile layout through CSS, but it wasn't until early last year that I decided to take it seriously and to really learn what makes things work.

I now specialize in Python and I'm in the middle of building up my portfolio. I've grown quite fond with automation and data science in my journey so far so I'm considering further specializing in these sub-fields.

As I was creating this portfolio website, I have also come to realize how much fun it is make your own design so I now consider myself a web designer too.

My foundational skills include Python, Git, and experience with using libraries like Tkinter, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Selenium, Beautiful Soup, Pandas, Matplotlib, Plotly Express, and many more. But above all that, I am infinitely curious and always ready to learn and build more!
